Software downloads (and license requests) were formerly provided by the MyAccount function of Eagleware. Today, the Agilent EEsof Knowledge Center provides software downloads of the
current release and previous releases.

- Redeem a Demo Token, which gives you temporary access to the Knowledge Center download link, below
- Or contact Business Support, or your Agilent representative to receive access to the Knowledge Center
- Returning Customers with current Support status

- Register at the Knowledge Center, if you have not already done so

You can request a Genesys evaluation below, and a license file will be emailed to you, along with access to the Agilent Knowledge Center. Or, if an Agilent representative has given you a 10-digit
Demo Token, you can redeem your Demo Token online (or from within the Genesys 2007.08 software) and receive the same license file within 1-2 minutes.

If you are a long-time Genesys user, Genesys 2007.08 streamlines the evaluation licensing process and makes it more reliable. Nodelocked evaluation licenses are typically secured to your
LAN ID of your computer, even if you already use a hardware USB key, or a floating license server. If you require floating licenses for an evaluation, please contact your Agilent
representative.
- SystemVue and older releases of Genesys
At one time, you may have received a 12-digit Eagleware "Demo Ticket" that enabled an older release of Genesys (2007.03 or earlier) or SystemVue. For a limited time, you may continue to
redeem these older 12-digit Demo Tickets here.
Technical Support
Obtaining Support Customers who are current on their Support maintenance agreement may contact the Agilent EEsof EDA Technical Support in their region by email, telephone, or through the Agilent EEsof Knowledge
Center. Informal assistance may also be obtained through the Eagleware Forums on a best-effort basis.
If your maintenance has expired and you wish to receive a quotation, please contact our Business Support
Center.
Agilent EEsof Knowledge Center The Agilent EEsof Knowledge Center is a central support resource that allows supported users to download a particular release of software, obtain local language user interfaces of Genesys, do
a keyword search on tech support documents, post questions on a variety of Forums, obtain new examples and workarounds, much more.
Customers who are not supported are still invited to register (it's free, private, and instantaneous using email), in order to view the "Eagleware Forums" (see below)
Eagleware Forums and application assistance The Eagleware-Elanix company provided public access to the Technical Support forums of the Genesys and SystemVue products to invite more users into the Eagleware user community. Since
acquiring Eagleware, Agilent EEsof EDA has continued this tradition, opening a special area of the Knowledge Center for public access. All Genesys software evaluators are welcome to register and
view these Forums. Additional Knowledge Center capability requires active support status, or temporary access arranged through your evaluation process.
There are separate Forums for Genesys Installation, Product Questions, Product Suggestions, and the popular Founder's Forum, still monitored by Eagleware founder, Randy Rhea.
You may be asked to register at the Knowledge Center. Registration is free of charge, and convenient. Once you have completed your registration and enabled "cookies" in your web
browser, you can proceed straight to the Forums without going through the log in screen. Headers from the Forums are also available on RSS
feed.
Business Support Center (assistance with MyAccount functions)
The Agilent EEsof Business Support Center (eesof_bsc@agilent.com) provides
- annual support renewal quotations
- upgrade license files, and archived license files
- assistance to customers needing access to Knowledge Center or old software releases
- a way to update the contact information for your company
The MyAccount function no longer serves these functions. If you have questions or need assistance with the above, please contact Agilent EEsof Business Support Center at
eesof_bsc@agilent.com. Be sure to refer to the ID of your USB or parallel-port security key in your email.
