RFDE 2006 - Update 3

RFDE 2006 Update 3 includes a number of important enhancements.

Among them are the following:

• Signal Studio File Reader reads .wfm files from Agilent's Signal Studio software to verify RFIC performance using realistic wireless signals.
• New device models:
• HICUM L0 v1.12
• BSIM 4.6.1
• NXP SimKit v2.5
• plus additional BSIM 3 and 4 model enhancements
• AMDS Co-sim updated for Cadence 5.1.41 USR4.
