Agilent RF Design Environment 2004A (RFDE 2004A) is the leading software design platform for large-scale RF/mixed-signal IC design in the Cadence environment.

Among the most important enhancements and new features in RFDE 2004A are the following:

  • Enhanced phase noise analysis algorithms component.
  • Postlayout oscillator analysis no longer requires special Oscprobe component.
  • Model updates: BSIM3, BSIM4, Mextram504, MM9.
  • Amplifier and Mixer behavioral model components in ADSlib.
  • RFDE Momentum simulator engine enhancements.
  • Support for Open Access, IC 5.0.41.
