RF SiP/Module Designer (E8982)
RF SiP/Module Designer provides a complete front-end and back-end design solution for traditional RF modules such as LTCC, FEM (Front End Modules) and ASM (Antenna Switch Modules). It includes schematic capture, layout, linear, and non-linear simulators coupled with the most powerful data display capability on the market. Additionally, a tightly integrated planar 3D Electro-Magnetic (EM) solver allows you to simulate multi-layer designs, visualize field distributions in the SiP structure. You can also develop EM-based scalable passive model libraries such as embedded passive components for use in RF SiP system-circuit co-optimization.
RF SiP/Module Designer Pro (E8983)
RF SiP/Module Designer Pro includes all of the above RF SiP/Module Designer plus additional circuit, system, full 3DEM, statistical simulation and synthesis capabilities. You can design your analog system architecture and simulate with transient RF or complex modulated signals such as Wi-Max, UWB and W-CMDA. You can also model complex 3D packages and interconnects such as bondwires and flip-chips with the integrated full wave 3D EM simulator without leaving the circuit simulation environment for true circuit-EM co-design and co-simulation. Additionally, the industry’s most capable synthesis package for filters, equalizers, mixers, oscillators, matching circuits, etc speeds your manual design by at least 10x. Finally the statistical simulation analyzes and optimizes yield and design robustness to complete the solution package ideal for complex RF SiP/Module designs such as PAMs (Power Amplifier Modules).
RF SiP/Module Designer Premier (E8984)
RF SiP/Module Designer Premier includes all of RF SiP/Module Designer Pro above with additional capabilities for mixed-level and mixed-signal large scale RF-SiP designs. For example, WLAN transceiver designs require system verification against 802.11 a/b/g/n wireless standards. This is fully provided for by data flow co-simulation with HDL and comprehensive behavioral modeling capabilities of Verilog-A compiler. This premier package is the ultimate solution for higher level integrated RF-SiP product designs such as radio or transceiver modules.
