    Worldwide

    Japan

    Korea

    Taiwan

    China

  • The search box at the top searches Agilent EEsof EDA content only, with Entire Site as the only other option.
  • Contact Us, at the top, goes to the Agilent EEsof contact information page, as does Contact Agilent EEsof EDA in the right-hand navigation.
  • The version of the A.com page top that omits the registration link/option is used.
  • Meta information for the A.com search engine is brought in using EEsof-specific scripts from Kelly Hoffman. Data for Omniture SiteCatalyst traffic monitoring is brought in using scripts in the A.com page-wrapper includes.
  • The right-hand navigation is specific to Agilent EEsof EDA. Server-side includes are used for these links, including localized links as needed. Additional items such as RSS Feeds and Featured Links are inserted in the same way.
  • The print and e-mail links at the bottom of the page use Agilent EEsof scripts, not A.com's.

What's New

What's New Pages. For each release, a page lists new features, generally with a few words of explanation, and offers a link from each item to that topic in a web-based slide show. The slide show can also be run consecutively from the begtinning. Generally a PDF version of the slide show is also available.

Genesys and SystemVue pages do not have the slide show but are supported by a version comparison list.

Most of the EEsof what's new pages also exist in foreign-language versions. This will continue.

News and Events Pages. These pages offer constantly-updated lists of press releases (and other news) and of events such as seminars, webcasts, and trade shows. Many seminars and webcasts are archived after the events, using the same descriptions.

Videos and Demos

Video and Demo Launch Pages, Frame Pages, and Follow-Ons. Flash, Windows Media Player, and Microsoft Producer files are launched into separate windows for the video content. Frame Pages contain the content as it is running.

Follow-on pages appear when sign-ups or contest entries are encouraged. These usually have one or more separate windows, themselves, to show prizes and contest rules. Thank-you pages appear after the form has been fkilled out and submitted. These show that the form has been sent and encourage further exploration.

E-mail is also generated sending the information to us for action and to the visitor for confirmation.

Some of these pages (and content) also exist in foreign-language versions.

Referral / Index Pages

Referral / Index Pages correspond roughly with the topics in the right-hand navigation. They offer lists of links to content of a certain type such as technical support, customer education, product documentation, online demos and tutorials, publications and application notes, partners, press releases, newsletters, and RSS feeds.

Only a few of these pages are localized. But there is an extensive Japanese support area, maintained by them but integrated by us on our publicly-facing server.
